Warning not updating lilo etclilo conf not found
I believe it does have to do with not only your HDD size, but where the boot files are placed on the disk...
NTFS-3G is a stable, full-featured, read-write NTFS driver for Linux, Android, Mac OS X, Free BSD, Net BSD, Open Solaris, QNX, Haiku, and other operating systems.
It provides safe handling of the Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 NTFS file systems.
A high-performance alternative, called Tuxera NTFS is available for embedded devices and Mac OS X.
The size of a file is the size of its unnamed data stream.
By default, ntfs-3g will only read the unnamed data stream.
If there was no error during installation then the NTFS volume can be mounted in read-write mode for everybody as follows.
Unmount the volume if it had already been mounted, replace /dev/sda1 and /mnt/windows, if needed.
Are you getting a black screen with a blinking cursor at the top-left, or an error? All the lilo installation and other installation is 100% Succesfull. And also yesterday, after backup my data i did try to reinstall my Linux. By using the options “streams_interface=windows” (not possible with lowntfs-3g), you will be able to read any named data streams, simply by specifying the stream’s name after a colon. For example: Named data streams act like normals files, so you can read from them, write to them and even delete them (using rm).
